If you wish to return an item, you may request a return in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Bulgaria.
Returned items must be:

• In their original condition
• With all original tags and packaging
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
